David Thomas is an amazing and proficient speaker. I enjoyed every minute of his discussion...so much so, that I registered for another seminar. And...I was so impressed with David's command of the English language....that I hired him to help me customize my own speech that I give in regards to 3D Printing. Even though he was not versed in my topic he guided me through the process of making one dynamic speech. Four years later....I am still using 90 percent of what he taught me. I would indeed highly recommend David for any event that required his speaking ability. Best Regards, Paul CesakApr 13, 2017
David spoke at a company seminar to our staff of 65. His presentation was right on point, well-received by employees and perfect for the event. If you are seeking an engaging, knowledgeable speaker who can relate to an audience of varying positions, I highly recommend David. (As a side, I had heard David speak at a seminar 15 years earlier and was so impressed, I invited him as the guest speaker for this seminar when the opportunity presented itself.)Apr 13, 2017
I have attended David Thomas' session on integrity twice – the first one in Albuquerque and the second one in New Orleans for the Association of Legal Administrators. David’s session not only touched me personally but also reached the core of my professional life and my ability to be the best that I can. His presentation captivated an entire audience even though he did not have a PowerPoint presentation to follow. I assure you that anyone who attends David’s seminar will be intrigued as I was. Here are some of the remarks from the New Orleans Chapter after attending David's session: “Focused on the important things and let the small things go!” “Great speaker!” “I could have listened to him all day!” “He was amazing!” “David makes me want to be a better person!” “Was able to keep my attention – interactive vs. lecture.” David Thomas is an outstanding speaker and his session on integrity is something that is much needed in our world today.Apr 13, 2017

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? There is no standard pricing because of the many varied factors involved with each speaking engagement. Among other things, pricing is contingent upon such factors as: size of audience, length of time expected to speak, realistic potential for referrals, etc. In all cases, I price my speaking services such that at the end, clients will believe they received tremendous value and will be inspired to voluntarily refer me to others within their sphere of influence.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? My initial step is to acquaint myself as thoroughly as possible with the prospective client in the time available. More specifically, I want to ascertain ways of customizing my presentation on integrity by incorporating examples relevant to the client and their frequent ethical challenges. The other step is to ensure that the prospective client has a high comfort level with me and my speaking experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Last year, I was certified as a John Maxwell Team Speaker/Coach/Trainer, thus enabling me to speak on a variety of leadership themes. In terms of education, I am a two-time graduate of the University of Texas at Austin (BBA, JD). In the intervening years prior to the formation of IntegriTalk, I became a CPA and acquired valuable business experience in the public accounting, commercial banking, and retailing arenas.
