FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no standard pricing because of the many varied factors involved with each speaking engagement. Among other things, pricing is contingent upon such factors as: size of audience, length of time expected to speak, realistic potential for referrals, etc. In all cases, I price my speaking services such that at the end, clients will believe they received tremendous value and will be inspired to voluntarily refer me to others within their sphere of influence.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My initial step is to acquaint myself as thoroughly as possible with the prospective client in the time available. More specifically, I want to ascertain ways of customizing my presentation on integrity by incorporating examples relevant to the client and their frequent ethical challenges. The other step is to ensure that the prospective client has a high comfort level with me and my speaking experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Last year, I was certified as a John Maxwell Team Speaker/Coach/Trainer, thus enabling me to speak on a variety of leadership themes. In terms of education, I am a two-time graduate of the University of Texas at Austin (BBA, JD). In the intervening years prior to the formation of IntegriTalk, I became a CPA and acquired valuable business experience in the public accounting, commercial banking, and retailing arenas.
