- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with a phone call or video chat, whichever the customer prefers. I ask them a short series of questions to get a better idea about current taste, style, and desired look/image. The reason I like to do this over the phone/video chat, is to give the client a better idea of my personality & to start building a solid trust from the beginning!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked at Nordstrom & I used to sell custom suits with J.Hilburn. Not only do I have experience with a wide array of brands and how they fit but when it comes to selling custom suiting, you have to learn detailed measuring and get a feel for different fits & body types.
