- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We send out our quote based on the information provided. Many times our quote price is adjusted downward as customer may have overestimated surface area and or does not need as extensive service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We arrive and inspect scope of job with customer. We insure that we understands the customers needs. We preform our service and clean our work areas up completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 1999, we have attended several industry training classes. We have an extensive background in Residential and Commercial work.
