yes i do in full detail, and if something you are requesting besides what we provide we will try our best to fullfill it

a seat down is recommended. an idea of how many people i will be catering too, possibly if a location has been selected already and i would like to have a ideal menu of what the client is asking. dont worry we have catalogs to make that easier for you
