FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very reasonable when it comes to prices and do discount our prices based on many factors. And, because each job is different like whether the site is new construction or retrofit, will we have to move furniture or not, is the site too high that we need to rent a lift, or it is basic one-story home and small office. Therefore, it is hard to give standard prices. The best thing is to have a site visit or a phone conversation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would prefer a phone call to get basic idea about their needs. I'm a personable person and like to talk to people because many important details come out during a conversation. Then, would like to prefer a site visit when needed. I offer free advice and consultation. Then, I give my quote. Many small jobs don't need a site visit but basic info over the phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Computer Science Degree. Worked as a network field engineer for several years. I started teaching computer maintenance and networks for Career and Technology Department of Houston ISD. I hold CompTIA A+ IT Technician and Network+ Certifications. I am a BICSI Technician in the BICSI Cabling Installation Program by the Building Industry Consulting Service International
