I have a very clear statement of fees and services provided. I offer discounts and specials throughout the year.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My initial consultation is used to gather pertinent information so that I can effectively advise and develop an appropriate strategy. I do not believe in one size fits all. There are basic foundational theories, but every situation should be assessed on its own merit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BBA in Marketing and a MBA. I have over 15 years of experience as a trainer/instructor.
