- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For basics services such as LinkedIn and Resume reviews, there are flat rates. For coaching programs, however, I work with you to customize a package based on what you need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When taking on a new client, I have everyone fill out a detailed questionnaire, and then we conduct an intake call. This helps us maximize our time together, and gets you started before we even begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a professional coach for over the last 3 years. I have personally studied under several Master coaches, as well as taken formal training from the Robbins-Madanes training organization. What also sets me a part from other career and life coaches is that I currently work full time on top of my coaching practice. I am experiencing and going through the same things that most of my clients are working through, so I know exactly how to relate.
