- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do our best to price fairly. That is, value for you, and at a rate that will allow us to provide you with excellent service. We don't ever want to feel rushed while serving our customers. Our fair pricing model allows us to best take care of you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Even if we feel like we know what needs to be done, we still ask the customer for input. There often is a detail or two that the customer points out that could easily be missed by someone that is not familiar with the property. We then complete the work to the customers satisfaction, thanks the customer for the opportunity to serve them, and offer followup maintenance.
