- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is priced competitively with the current market, with special discounts for multiple officers, locations, and various other contingencies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients, we setup a meeting to discuss what requirements, standards, and concerns they have about their security needs. We then strategically design a security plan that covers all the clients concerns. We enact the plan, then adjust it as needed if necessary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owners, managers, and over half of our staff are former USA Armed Forces, some in security/combat fields. Some have also worked in law enforcement and are TCOLE certified and have collectively more than 20 years of security experience. All officers have completed the state requirements for license and are in good standing with DPS.
