- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the service and quality I provide, my prices are far lower than the market. I do not believe in over-pricing. My focus has always been, and will always be, on taking good quality, artistic pictures at a reasonable, affordable price
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know the person/family/client, understanding their needs and figuring out how can tailor my skills so as to be most helpful to them
