- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to give an accurate quote we will ask the following questions for each service at the time of inspection/Estimate. Air Duct Cleaning & Sanitation: How old is the home or business? How many Air vents are in the home or business? How many returns? When was the last time your vents were serviced? Will this be a basic maintenance cleaning or full service restoration? Is there a presence of mold and mildew in the ducts? Air Duct Replacement: How many ducts will need to be replaced? What type of ducts should be installed to optimize efficiency? A/C Replacement: How many units will need to be replaced? How many ducts does the home or business have? Carpet Cleaning: Will this be a maintenance or full service cleaning? Do you have pets? Are there any specialty stains such as Kool-aid, wine, dog urine, wax etc.? Tile and Grout Cleaning and Restoration: What kind of tile is in your home or business Is the floor natural stone? Have your floors been sealed in the past?
