- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my very best to offer the lowest rate possible by offering discounts for senior, military, fire fighters, and law enforcement. I also have a referral program that benefits both the referrer and referred. My theory is happy clients make life long clients, and at the end of the day quality far surpasses quantity.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have the client make out a cleaning checklist for their home then decided how often they would need these services done. Call and schedule a free in home quote where I would meet them go o er their list and take a tour of the home. I believe you should have a good relationship with your housekeeper.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked in large & small hotel chains, resorts and vacation rental programs. I’ve taken the things learned over the years to make a great cleaning routine with products and tools that work best. Truthfully I’m still learning new tricks of the industry in order to be the best at what I do.
