- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, depending on the type of service you are requesting. If you have a need for meals prepared for the week a package plan is established. If your need is for a one time occasion then the pricing will be structured differently. All information will be provided for you at time of consultation. Additional shopping for your home has a separate rate. I work with your established budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss over the phone first what type of service you are looking for and your needs for this service. From that point a consultation is set up to go into more depth regarding your needs and expectations. What type of menu you are looking to establish, pricing and your budget. Any special dietary issues and any other information you would want to discuss for my services. If everything is agreed upon the next step would be creating a menu for specific service that you requested. I create a menu and submit to you for final approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Twenty + years in Culinary . I have owned my own restaurant and catering business .I have a ServSafe Certification and a CPC certification.
