Liquid Staffing provides highly experienced event bartenders and wait staff for all types of events. You supply the spirits; we supply the rest! We believe in a flawless event execution. Our business was born out of the demand for professional and knowledgeable event staff. Making drinks and assisting your guests is what we love. Our job is to make your party the most it can be. Our amicable staff will provide fast, efficient customer service to keep your guests happy throughout the night! We are a licensed business with liquor liability insurance included with every Liquid Staffing service. All bartenders are TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) certified for the responsible service of alcohol. Wait staff are certified in ServSafe for essential food safety practices. Our staff arrive 1-2 hours before the start of your event. After your event the bar area will be cleaned up. Any excess inventory will be boxed up for you.

For my 40th birthday I decided to skip my usual dinner and a movie for something bigger. I wanted to invite about 40 of my closest friends over for a poolside movie, drinks, and barbecue. Playing the movie on a projector would be easy, hiring a local restaurant for catering would be easy, but finding someone to do drinks was going to be a tough one... or so I thought. I wasn't thrilled about my wife or me having to play bartender... I just wanted us to spend time with everyone without a lot of hassle. On a whim, I googled "mobile bartending wv" and happened upon the LiquidWV.com webpage. I filled out the request for a quote. Kevin wrote me back within a few hours and we soon worked together to choose the right drink menu and terms of the contract. The evening of the party, he and Whitney arrived plenty early to do their setup and prep. Long story short, everything went off without a hitch, everyone had a great time, and the best part was that I didn't have to do a single thing besides enjoy my friends and family. Liquid Catering took care of all the supplies, setup, and cleanup. Both bartenders were professional and courteous to our guests. I had wondered if I was going to get some sketchy people serving drinks, but I could tell right away both of them were well trained and clean cut. I will definitely recommend them to anyone planning an event and I've already scheduled them for our office Christmas party. They sure helped make my journey "over the hill" a lot less painful.

Liquid Catering provided a professional and quality service for our #801BAM event which brought out a diverse group of folks (community leaders, artists, musicians, local businesses, city and county officials, students ... young and old alike, etc.). So many people commented on how well the catering service was organized and how very friendly Liquid Catering staff was! Having this classy service available for our guests made our event an even greater success. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes we offer a la carte pricing for bar staffing services and supplies with a service contract. Need supplies: Please contact us for your needs Bartenders $35 hourly Servers $30 hourly We offer nonprofit discounts. Promotional discounts run four times a year.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, clients submit a quote form at LiquidStaffing.com or call Liquid Staffing requesting services. From their quote form and a conversation we are able to determine their needs. We present our clients with a custom quote and email confirming our conversation. We do require a $100 deposit (refundable up to 14 days prior to the event) and a signed contract to secure the event date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Liquid Staffing founder Kevin has over fifteen years of customer service experience with over ten years in drink-creation and spirit-knowledge perfecting the art of the cocktail. Liquid Staffing articulates key service disciplines required to offer memorable events. Kevin also holds a MA in Leadership.
