FAQs
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently, I transformed a dull brown living room to a beautiful and vibrant blue! The customer wanted a bright blue feel, sort of like the beach. I transformed the dull brown to a beautiful sky blue in 3 hours. I painted the trim a semi-gloss white to add a little flare. I also added a new white ceiling fan to help with the room. All in all in took me about 4 hours and the customer was beyond satisfied! She even paid me more than I originally quoted because "the job was done to such perfection" I really enjoy helping customer. If the customer is not happy nor am I. The customer comes first and I will do anything to help and make sure the customer is happy. I work for you.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Before a customer hires a "pro" for any job, I would highly suggest that they take the time to view all the quotes. It is true in the labor business "you get what you pay for" I have had customers on painting jobs and also siding jobs turn down my quote solely because I was not the cheapest one. Only to come back and do the job again and fix the mistakes because the first company did a bad job. I have to pay my guys a certain rate on all of my jobs, I pay them well because they are very good at what they do! You are paying for quality with us, we are not going to come in and do it as quick as possible. We are going to do it to perfection and the job will be done to your satisfaction. No questions asked. Also, when get give quotes it really is just an idea because without seeing the actual project it is near impossible to geta good gauge on material and expense cost as well as labor.
