Typically, we would discuss the overall goal we are trying to meet. Second the functionality of the event/meal they are looking to receive. Finally, letting the client understand Huntsville Food Group is here for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Business Management was the primary study which led to Culinary Arts but most of all my education has been delivered in the form of continuing education and learning on the job. In this industry you are only as good as your last meal or event!
