- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we give our customers a quote there are no hidden costs or fees. We ask many questions before giving a quote so that there are no surprises. However, our quote can only be as accurate as the answers to our questions. We do not add trip charges nor do we work by the hour. We flat rate price all of our jobs. This allows us to take as much time as needed to do a job properly without extra charge to the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will talk with the customer about their needs and what their time frame is. After which we will ask a few questions to determine the exact price of the job that will be done. If the customer decides to get the job done, we then schedule the installation in a two hour window. On installation day the customer will get an automated text from our service software within their 2 hour appointment window to let the customer know that we are on our way. We will arrive, greet the customer, confirm the quote price, complete the job and thoroughly clean up after ourselves.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 40 years of on the job training and 100’s of hours of manufacturers product training.
