Standards leasing fee pricing is one month rent Monthly management fee is 10% Negotiated pricing for more than one unit
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet for coffee if time permits but a simple over the phone conversation works as well. We talk a little about ourselves to break the ice and get the ball rolling. I get all the client's information ie- their best method for contact and contact information. I give a detailed break down about the services provided, while the client explains their expectations and what they are looking for in a management company. Through the exchange of information, I will then tailor a service package to best suit the client's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the customer service industry for well over 15 years. With a background in the airline industry and nursing. Working in those industries it has taught me a lot about how to be personable and understanding. I take pride in what I do and I strive to be very transparent when dealing with clients and peers alike. Working as a Property Manager for over 8 years working alongside owners and tenants alike. My goal is to maximize rental income and keep cost down. Working closely with every tenant making sure they are a longstanding tenant.
