It was my pleasure to attend a wedding reception planned by International Catering and Events, LLC. The atmosphere of the room after it was decorated by ICE was cozy and romantic. Upon entering the reception, what caught my eye was a beautiful sign with the names of the guests listed under the table number where we would sit. The tables were set-up very elegantly! The head table for the bride and groom had a backdrop behind it with the word "love." This has to be one of the best experiences I've had with planning any type of event! She was attentive to my needs and paid great attention to detail. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Free Consultations! This is my time to sit down with my client to get a full vision of what they want their event to look and feel! I typically send out a questionnaire form before we meet, discuss the event details in-depth, and then I send my client a proposal that they can't refuse and is within their budgets!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have over 10 years of project management skills and 3 years of experience with events of up to 50-200 people in attendance! I have my own vendor list of folks I worked with and who I trust to get the job done! My staff are highly trained and qualified to perform any job they are given!!
