FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing system is based on number of hours, usually 3 to 4 hour time blocks, and distance. Additional hours may be added, but payment is due at time of extension request. Over 30 miles, I include a travel fee of $25.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I consult with them and have them (or myself) complete a basic information sheet. Once we both review everything, I send them a contract. A deposit (typically $100) is due with the signed contract to reserve that date. I also try to make my clients more comfortable about working with us by encouraging communication at any time leading up to the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
By profession, I am a classroom teacher, so I am accustomed to working with children of all ages, adults of various backgrounds, and definitely all types of personalities, lol. I often exercise patience and understanding when working with my clients. I am very explanatory, and I thrive well in a high energy environment.
