- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a lot of my pricing on my website now; however, there are needs that can and will be customized to each clients event. I am more than willing to make it happen!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get as much information about my client to make their special moment perfect! Ask all the right questions, i.e. event, date, time, on or off site, need lines, guest count... I follow my motto: "It's all the little things that make the big picture."
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my culinary arts associates of applied science degree, hospitality management associates of applied science degree, marketing certification and 15+ years of restaurant related experience.
