Where do I start? Jimmy was sent to me at the most pivotal time in my life. I started a new construction and had no idea what I was getting myself into. I did some research and found Jimmy, she was heaven sent!! She has been with me through it all, picking out windows, interior doors, door frames, bricks and etc. She helped me through it all and I love every selection. I wouldn’t have made it through this process without her. I highly recommend J Boutique Design. She was always on time, she stayed within my budget (even though I often went over) and she made me feel heard.

J Boutique Designs is the best! I have worked with Jimmy to design my living room, kitchen, office, sitting room, guest room, you name it, we did it! We are going to start on a project to revamp my bathroom. Jimmy really listens, returns options within your budget, isn't pushy and is truly a partner in getting projects done. I would HIGHLY recommend her. She nailed our aesthetic. I constantly receive compliments about my office on zoom calls and people ask me if it's a fake background b/c it is so beautiful! After selling our home of 30 years, we moved into a downtown apartment. Upon arrival, we quickly realized that furnishing an apartment would be very different from furnishing a home (size, scale, everything was so unfamiliar to us), so we decided we would benefit from professional help. Having never worked with a designer, we were a little nervous about the prospect: would we feel overwhelmed, intimidated, pressured into spending more than we had in mind? We reached out to Jimmie Workman of j boutique designs, and immediately our fears and concerns were put to rest. From the first phone contact, Jimmie truly listened to what we wanted help with and was confident she could help us with as little or as much as we wanted. She then set-up time for an in-person consultation. While we lacked experience in communicating our vision, Jimmie knew exactly what questions to ask and what examples to show us to hone in on our personal style. Jimmie communicated with us throughout the entire process, sending us pictures of items she had found, etc. - and always encouraged us to call or text her at any time with questions or ideas. We were so pleased with the work Jimmie was doing for us, that we also hired her to provide the same services for my mother, who was also moving into an apartment in the same apartment building. It is important to note, that my mother's style is COMPLETELY different from ours- but Jimmie nailed it! She met with my mother, listened to her needs and wants, while always being very respectful of the budget for these projects. When the time came for everything to be delivered to our apartments, Jimmie took care of everything! She arranged for all furniture to be delivered and placed, and she installed all pictures and decor. All we had to do was enjoy our beautiful apartments! I speak for myself, my husband, and my mother when I say: WE COULD NOT BE HAPPIER! Working with Jimmie of j boutique designs was THE BEST decision we could have made!

This designer is incredible! Her work is professional, beautiful, and reasonably priced. She has amazing credentials as well. I’m an investor, and she redid the entire unit I bought as a vacation rental. She was superb! I am actually buying another property now and will be working with her again for that project. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an intial telephone conversation at which time we discuss your project, we set up an appointment in the space that is to be addressed. At that time, I take inventory of what all needs to be done and we begin to discuss our plan of action on the spot. I work efficiently yet effectively to complete your project in a professional and fun manner.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with a wide variety of clients. This ranges from furnishing and decorating an entire home, remodeling, managing home organization and upfit projects, seasonal decor and more. No project is too big or too small for j boutique designs.
