FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Makeup lessons usually range from $80-$100 with the tools/makeup provided. Event makeup is the same. Prom makeup is $60.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I definitely want to start off with asking them a few questions about their skin type and what their skin care routine consists of. I always want to know things like what they want to learn from me during that session so I can make sure I focus mainly on those things. I want each and every session I have to also be a learning experience for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked with companies such as Estēe Lauder, Clinique, Fashion Fair, Lancôme and other smaller brands. I've worked for Ulta, and also have done work with Sephora. I've had detailed training with both Fashion Fair and Clinique (both their skin-care and makeup lines).
