- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge $0.75-$1 per square foot of living space for painting services. There are factors such as surface condition, ceiling height, etc. which can affect this price that can be discussed in detail when I meet the client. For larger jobs, I will often provide a 10% discount off the total bid as a thank-you for the larger contract.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet with the customer at the job site so we can get a feel for each other personally and professionally and so I can do an on-site estimate to provide a more accurate bid.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All hands on with several years of experience.
