Sharon Deitz Therapy

Introduction: I am a licensed marriage and therapist providing services for individuals, couples, and families, of all forms. I strive to help my clients find hope, healing, and growth in their lives through my collaborative and strength-based therapeutic approach. I primarily focus on working with clients struggling with premarital preparation, marital/relationship difficulties, self-esteem, anxiety, empowerment, life transitions, and identity development. As a therapist, my passion is helping my clients achieve desired change and growth, whatever that may look like for them. I find it ultimately rewarding when I see my clients improve in the ways they view themselves, address conflicts in their relationships, and face their life decisions with confidence.
