She is very personable and flexible with any menu and timeline. I have attended a few events that she catered and the food was to die for!! From catered fine dining to backyard event style, Tracey does not disappoint. We had an outdoor BBQ that Tracey catered. Smoked pork was AMAZING! Jalapeño cornbread was AMAZING!! And the pasta salad was just as good. Saved me so much time in prep and clean up and allowed me to host. Very worth the cost!!

I needed a nice selection of appetizers/small plates for my husband's birthday party. I specified that I didn't want to babysit chafers so things needed to be servable cold or at room temp. His family is big into meat and cheese, and I still wanted fruit and veg. I didn't have very many specifics and left Tracy to do her own thing for the most part. Everything was fabulous! It was delicious AND beautiful. The guests raved about it, and I stuffed myself enough that I didn't have room for cake. Tracy is professional and talented. She does a great job, and we'll be happy to hire her again.

We attended a wedding Tracey catered and the food was some of the best we have had. Her personal touch on all the recipes were perfect. Her style is classic and unique at the same time. Her New England style is to die for!

Our adult birthday party (sit-down dinner) was a big success. And a great deal of the credit goes to Tracey. She was very easy to work with. I suggested an Italian buffet, specifically asking for a rigatoni dish and a fettuccine. She did them and they were delicious. Even though we had a buffet, she served our salads at our tables, as well as dessert. She cleared our dishes before serving the dessert, something I was unsure that she would do. Her price was much better than I expected, which was a big plus. She planned for generous servings. She put the leftovers in our containers and put them in the refrigerator. And one of the biggest pluses -- the kitchen was spotless when she left. I would not hesitate at all in recommending Tracey to others. Cheryl Zionsville

Tracey made the surprise birthday a huge sucess. She was able to step up and help with last minute plans and was very easy to work with. The food was excellent and was liked by all in attendance. She was very professional and took care of everything. I would definitely use her services again.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    Before starting my culinary career I proudly served in the Army National Guard where I started as a Private and moved up to military police platoon sergeant. In July of 2013 I started my culinary career. I knew coming out of the Army that cooking made sense to me. The structure of the kitchen and the memories of bonding over food helped me decide to take the career leap. September of 2015 I landed a job at Cerulean, a popular downtown Indy restaurant working for a James Beard nominated chef where I have continued to grow and flourish in a high paced fine dining atmosphere.
