During the past 11 years, I've invested in more sophisticated equipment and hardware, as well as extensive training. I'm crazy about my dogs, so I've spent a lot of time shooting pictures of them. Those photos led to my first professional photography work -- shooting pictures of people and their pets! My favorite part of the process is literally "capturing memories" in a world that moves far too quickly. Whether it's a corporate event, an engagement, or a child's "first day of school" portrait, I love that my work helps freeze a moment in time to be appreciated for years to come.

Not sure where to start, but Tom was an absolute delight to work with. A few words that come to mind: professional, engaged, knowledgable, and fearless when it comes to capturing that perfect shot. My photo shoot was amazing and the results were even better. As a model, aside from any impromptu poses or scene choosing I may do, depending on the photographer to lead me (and models in general) is the route of success usually. Tom knows exactly where to lead his subjects. I most certainly was able to show my potential with him behind the lens. This was probably the best experience I've had having photos taken of me. He obviously takes pride in his work and is willing to work with you to get the best shot possible. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally consult with new clients via phone or email to find out their exact needs and arrange logistics. I shoot with a Canon EOS 70D, and use a variety of lenses. I edit each photo using Photoshop to ensure perfect exposure, color balance, saturation and contrast. After the shoot, I upload all images to a secure online site, and the client can download images and/or select images for additional retouching.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've done commercial photography, headshots for local actors, corporate headshots, parties and galas, family portraits, and pet photography. I'm always happy to step outside of my experience and shoot in a new environment with new types of clients.
