- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing system. Every job is different and requires different skill sets to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It depends on the project. If there is design work involved or if the project is extensive, we would want to meet with the client at the project site to take inventory of what is to be completed. We would then develop a plan and produce a detailed quote of the work to be performed and a timetable for completion. We would then sign a contract for the amount of the quote. If the work is straightforward, we can give a quote through email.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Butler University in business and a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University in Landscape Management with a Design major. In addition, I have taken and passed a 4 hour National Standard Residential Building Contractor exam from the International Code Council. I am also a licensed contractor in the state of Indiana. I have owned my own Design/ Build company for more than 30 Years.
