- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since each property is unique, our service pricing is reflective of the property. We are happy to provide this pricing once we understand the possible engagement scenario.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get started with our property management services, an initial phone call is completed to get an understanding of the property, situation, and expectations of the property owner. The next step is a visit to the property. The final step is paperwork to get you onboarded into our systems and assigned a property manager.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed broker for 19 years and an active landlord/investor myself for over 11 of those years. Our company manages single family, condos, and townhomes in price ranges from $700 up to $4200/month rent. I am also a Licensed Continuing Education instructor for RECP, the education company owned by the Indiana Association of REALTORS, specifically for teaching brokers about Property Management, Leasing, and Investing.
