FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Obviously every job can be different in so many ways. My years of being in business I learned that time/labor is usually decided by the prep vs the actual painting. No two home are usually a like. Overall though our industry usually charges by the sq. ft.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will speak with the customer by phone about what the work consist of, we will then suggest a 30-45 visit to the home to go over the details about the project. We discuss, budget, the cost specifics of materials and labor. Only when this is agreed upon the job will move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school with an art background, my professor was a painter by trade. He offered me a job while going through school for architectural designs. I liked it so much I decided that I wanted to become a painter and started my own business. I pursued exactly that and almost 30 years later I'm a professional painter and handyman.
