Sean remodeled 2 bathrooms and a kitchen in a rental I wanted to put on the market. Everything turned out beautifully and really updated the home. The house sold at asking price in less than two weeks! I then had him convert an upstairs loft to a fourth bedroom in another rental and he finished a wasted attic space into an office or game room. He did great work, kept the job on schedule and made sure everything was to my satisfaction. I am thrilled to have found a contractor that takes care of all the details without having to do anything myself!

We used Sean with A+ Homes as a subcontractor to build cedar panels for a landscape design install. The panels were outstanding and our customer was thrilled. His work was precise. I was thrilled with his prompt response time. Job came off without a hitch. We will definitely us them again.
