- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to listen to the customer, and understand what they want done. It is the customers home, and I respect their vision of the project. I also want to go thru all the little details up front so there is no surprises later in the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this business since I was 9 years old. My father was a custom home builder and I follow him around for 15 years. I have learned many trades and skills from my father, but the most important skill I have been thought is honesty.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Every kind of customer from an 85 year old lady that I change light bulbs for, to multi million dollar homes in Geist. I can honestly say that I become friends with most of my customers. 90% of my customers are repeat customers.
