FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For a new customer I always try to be very clear and try to explain everything. Write done everything the customer says, everything they want done, look at the project they want done, make sure to ask them what would they want it to look like. After I know what the customer wants i go ahead and tell them a little bit about the process that will occur and how long it will take us to complete it. We have online typed estimates and invoices, we can also email or give a printed copy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for a bigger landscape company and I always saw what they needed to fix on their company. The bigger companies sometimes really only care to get the job done fast and they forget or simply don't care how it looks like afterwards. I saw that and decided to start my own company. We have experience in doing a lot of landscape projects like mulching, edging beds, using the tools required for the job correctly, weeding and much more.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many types of customers, even the picky ones, but our main goal is to leave the customer happy so for us it doesn't matter what kind of customer you are. We will make sure you like our job.
