FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep it as affordable as I possibly can for people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to see whats wrong first, then we can figure out the best way to get it resolved.. Its hard sometimes to give a quote over the phone or on a website, you never really know until you see it up close.. For example, a simple window replacement, seems straight forward. Then I get the old window out and discover termites or water damage needing repaired.. Or a ceiling needing some drywall repaired, then I find out that a ceiling joist needs repaired.. etc. Its not always as easy as it seems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started doing demolition for remodeling at age 14. Worked for a lot of carpenters and handymen over the years. I bought my first house at 25, I own 8 now. I buy them and fix and rehab them myself, and do side work for extra money. Im always looking for repeat business, so I try to earn a good reputation for quality work, I like doing things right the first time..
