- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have an online website that supports the tools I educate you on for self-protection. These tools can be purchased at retail or at a discount through a Warrior Workshop.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with you at Starbucks or a public place to introduce ourselves and see if my self-defense training is something that will fit your needs. I can refer you to other businesses in the Indy metro area if I'm not a good fit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Independent Damsel Pro that has been with the company for 3 years. I have training from our Home Office on self-protection tools from 4 National Conferences and 2 Leadership Conferences. I also "try out" any Self-Defense instructor that I recommend.
