Was having trouble with my diet around training time and feeling energized. Worked with Dylan on my nutrition timing pre and lost workouts and my quality of lifts sky rocketed. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?First Consultation and Session is free. Each session is an hour long after the first session every session after is $55/hr. I offer 2 bundle packages; 12 session pack is $635(save $25) and 24 session pack is $1,250(saving $70). I also offer online coaching which is $100 for 4 weeks of weight training programming OR 4 weeks of Nutrition Coaching both come with open communication. Or $180 for 4 weeks of Programming with Nutrition coaching with open communication. And $200 for 4 weeks of programming and a nutrition coaching with video form critiques and open communication.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typical process includes a free consultation that last 10-30 min talking about goals, injuries, things you want to avoid or want, what I can do for you etc. after the consultation I’ll put you through a standard session that includes a warm up, main compound movements, main accessory movements and sub-Accessory movements, core work and conditioning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?7+ years of practical application to weight training. Over a year of direct mentorship by one of the best coaches in the world in the sport of Powerlifting m. Certified by the NSCA for training Tactical athletes. Certified by Precision Nutrition to coach Nutrition to the general public.
