Ric Lua and his staff were a pleasure to work with and always responsive to our questions and comments.
They prosecuted the work quickly and professionally (remodeled bathrooms, all new windows, scraped popcorn ceilings, all new floors , re-stuccoed house, painted exterior and total re-landscape and irrigation system of front and back yard). We were able to move our sister back into her house within one month which was very important as she was undergoing chemo treatments.
We really liked that most of the work was done in-house by Ric's staff. Where he brought in subcontractors (windows/stucco and tile work) Lua managed them and they showed-up on time and completed work promptly.

Lua Construction is a quality Builder. Their billing is direct and succinct. Building on time and always there. They can handle last minute changes and clearly let you know the costs beforehand.
