The gentleman showed up at my door professionally ready to work. I showed them my overflowed sink. They reassured me they could fix the problem and be out within the hour. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a Standard Handyman Service Price. For $99, you get 2 hours of General Handyman service. Each additional hour is $49 We ask that you give us as much detail as possible for what you need done. Do you have something larger in mind? Not a problem, We can do that too! *There are projects that require custom quotes. and those will be discussed during an initial consultation.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with renters, property managers, Realtors, contractors, home owners, business owners, interior designers, art directors, film production and termite companies. We have and can work with anyone...
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Details matter, most of the providers you call will be able to do the work. But, will they take care of the details...the finishes you like..the look you were going for..do they get it? Do they Care?...make sure your vision is understood and your interests considered.
