- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting with them to determine their likes, dislikes and if there's any food restrictions. Most importantly, to put a face to a name. I want to develop a trusting relationship with all my customers, to ensure a unique catering experience and to gain returning customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Previously took a culinary arts course many years ago. However, the skill set I have has been self taught and learned through hands on.
