- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The following is included in the price: - 1 hour complimentary consultation either by phone or in person - Complimentary proposal including estimated minimum time for project(s) - Discounts available on case by case basis Billable hours include (but are not limited to): - Physical work: sorting and organizing, etc. - Phone calls - Research: Specialized items, concepts, etc - Special trips: Specialized organizing travel and store visits - % of travel time to and from site depending on distance (built in to hourly price) Non-billed hours: - Research: General/standard items, concepts, etc. - Trips: standard organizing travel and store visits - Complimentary 1 hour consultation - Complimentary proposal The above is not an exhaustive list as organizing projects involve a variety of needs. I discuss all options for organizing solutions and provide pricing estimates in advance. Any adjustments to pricing are pre-approved by the client.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I didn't really start so much as I discovered it is an innate set of skills I have. Everything I have done and continue to do in life is done methodically with planning and systems that are designed for efficiency and reduction of waste and stress.

I have worked with: - those who have put off organizing for years and let things pile up -chronically disorganized - can organize things but they get disorganized within a short period of time - moderately disorganized - emotional attachments to objects - non-attachment to objects - reluctant - highly organized, but need additional help - and many things in between
