- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The standard pricing is based on the event, the audience, the location and the message being targeted to share. It can be negotiated along with travel details including hotel, travel, mileage and miscellaneous items as needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them what they are wanting, their message, their audience, I always want to be organized, responsive, easy to communicate with and a fresh breath of air to be around . My goal is to entertain and inform my audience and make your time with me worthwhile. People love stories. The best presentations I've seen didn't feel like presentations at all--they were stories told by people with amazing experiences. When you want to explain something to an audience, see if you can translate it into a story, an anecdote, or even a joke. (If you need to convey data or information, tie it to a story.) If the story you tell is something that happened to you, that's even better. If the story is funny, even better! I give it 110% every time everywhere.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am extremely knowledgeable on my field of expertise and an excellent speaker. I have multiple degrees, certifications, professional experience in all areas that I speak with from secondary education, to emergency services, to holding those professional positions in my fields of study and being a mentor for multiple organizations.
