- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we offer certain discounts and special promotions, we understand there are other companies out there doing work for less than us. Our focus is always to provide the best professional services and products at the best possible price without cutting corners or using hidden fees tactics.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After an initial phone call, we set up an appointment with the customer on location and inspect for their unique challenges in order to provide the most accurate estimate. We usually have a proposal within 24 hours sent to our customers by email unless it is a large size project that requires more research.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the consumer electronics business since 1992 and we periodically do trainings for the new products as they become available.
