- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends mainly on the time of each cleaning and the distance to travel (which will be nullified if we are also cleaning the neighbors). Each home is different, which is why we prefer to discuss pricing during the first visit. Special discounts are always available to first time clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set a time to meet with you so we can review the work and let you meet us and ask questions. When then agree to a schedule and send email and text reminders. Most customers are not home when we clean, but some do work from home or care for pre-school children. We try to maintain our cleaning system, but will work around you if needed. Most clients leave a check on cleaning day, some pay monthly with a credit card- we accept all form of payment. Our system covers all areas of the home that experience routine dust and traffic, but we do provide for special requests within the scope of our time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our 11 years experience as well as the amount and variety of homes we have cleaned have given us a unique advantage over most companies and just about any "personal" housekeeper. Our experience with commercial clients and access to commercial cleaning products means we can provide a level of detail that just can't be matched, especially for the price!
