What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate varies depending on the service. Typically therapy and coaching is $200 per hour. Court ordered services are generally $250 per hour based on the demands of the work and the potential to be litigated against.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer contacts our office, schedules an appointment, meets with one of our professionals, and then schedules a follow up if a connection is made. Prior to the first appointment, the client also completes a questionnaire that provides a basic psychosocial history and reports about the presenting problem.
