- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get acquainted first...build trust to learn my customer's needs, wants and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor's Degree, Real Estate School, multiple continuing education courses, special certifications such as LeadingRE Marketing, RELO and Sales Specialist, etc. Most importantly, Real Life experiences...traveling and repetition in my field. We learn through every transaction bc each one is different.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with such a vast variety of customers; this one is difficult to place into key terms. I can't compare one to the other. Just how not one fingerprint can be alike, neither can a personality. I work with everyone.
