FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That really just depends on the customer needs and what type of cuisine they would like.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we have to learn the type of menu a customer wants. Whether it is casual, formal, finger food, etc.. Then try and match the needs of the customer with the budget. I want to make sure we can satisfy all the needs of a customer, so there is no area of disappointment for either party involved. After that is agreed upon, we will submit a menu for the customer to see and tell us if it is what they are looking for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years experience in the restaurant business, managing several different concepts. I also have an A.A.S. in Culinary Arts and a B.S. in Management. Geoff has over 20 years experience in restaurants and catering, as well as a Culinary Arts degree from FSCJ.
