The Waggin Trail Express
Introduction: We are pet transportation and boarding specialists, with a Doggie Bed & Breakfast and Kitty Kottage located on the northside of Jacksonville not far from the airport. Our boarding is unique, in that we board in our homes. One home is a Doggie Bed & Breakfast, a social scene for non-aggrssive dogs. Our Kitty Kottage is located next door, offering a peaceful haven away from the dogs. Both houses have live-in caretakers to supervise and care for the pets 24/7.
We are a family business, and we are also a family of pet lovers. Working with pets every day is a treat for us!

I have a 12+ yr old standard poodle. "Ben" has been going to Becky & Gordon's while I travel with work (2-3 days a week or more) for over 3 yrs. They are simply the BEST and Ben is always happy to arrive and happy when I pick him up or Gordon delivers him to my home. The Waggin Trail Express was referred to me from my daughter's friend who had been using them for years for their dog. I wouldn't take Ben any place else!!! Becky & Gordon are such a blessing and are the salt of the earth. They take such good care of Ben and it's his home away from home---even with all his "elderly" medications and eye drops. I love it that he is not kenneled but is a part of their family when he is there. Becky & Gordon have been wonderful to work with----always flexible and reliable on every aspect. It would indeed be hard to find a doggy B & B as terrific as The Waggin Trail Express.

My dog loves the home experience there. Very caring and loving owners. He is just so happy to go there. I feel very confident leaving him for our extended trips.

I feel very comfortable leaving my Golden Doodle, Dolly, with Becky and Gordon and their family. She has so much fun there and comes back tired which is good. I don't worry about her care when I am away which is a great feeling!!! I love that she has no leash on her while she is away.

I couldn't think of a better place to be able to board my dog. Becky and Gordon are reliable, prompt in responding & loving. They have set up and environment that my dog LOVES. I don't even feel badly going out of town because I know my dog is having a ball and is very well cared for.

We always feel good about our pup's stays at Waggin Trail. It's a home away from home for her living with a family that truly cares about her. The fact that no cages are used means her stay is a much more natural and positive experience.
