FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are so many variables in projects that you can not create a menu of pricing. A fair price for services rendered is provided and agreed upon before work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually I start with an email to obtain more information pertaining to what the client is looking for. There is a phone conversation and then a face to face meeting scheduled so I can get a precise understanding of the clients likes and goals with the project. At this meeting a timeline is established along with a clear understanding of charges. A work agreement is emailed to client following meeting and returned to me. The work is developed in agreed time line and proofs of work are submitted to client (usually via e-mail). One round of revisions (if needed) are done with a final proof e-mailed. If applicable, final work is copied to a master disc and hand delivered to client (if local).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the early 1980's, I attended the number one college in the United States that offered me an education process in my advertising/marketing career. For the last 35 years I have worked in prominent advertising agencies, publishing companies, National franchise corporate office and Fortune 500 Companies advertising / marketing dept as examples. My positions included Graphic Designer, Art Director, Creative Director, President of Creative Services, Marketing Manager and VP of Marketing.
