FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is listed on our website
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we like to get to know the bride of course! We start with either an in person meeting or a phone consultation. From there we’ll ask all the major details about your big day (where’s your venue, what time does the ceremony start, etc.). We’ll go over our packages and see which best fits your needs based off your answers. If you would like to move forward at that point, we send over our contract and payment terms. We accept a 1/3 deposit in order to book, 1/3 halfway to the wedding, and final 1/3 payment due 7 days before the wedding. One month prior to the wedding we send a final details questionnaire and ask for all of the most important moments you want captured on your big day! From there we’ll put together our timeline and shot list for the wedding. After filming, we release a wedding trailer at the latest 30 days post wedding. Then the final wedding feature goes out 60-90 days after your date. Turnaround time is typically much sooner. You will receive your final wedding video in a gift box in the mail on a USB drive (and also Vimeo links to both the trailer & feature). :) If you have any questions, please let us know!!
