I highly recommend this company to anyone needing a good, honest and knowledgeable locksmith. They were Jimmy John's fast, careful with my vehicle and reasonably priced. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Chris arrived 3 hours after he said he would. Having got here, told me he was a redneck self-taught locksmith. He dismantled the lock, placing items, (greasy), on my stack of clean white towels. He did not have any of the required replacement parts for the job, and left without fully solving my problem. He did not charge, as he had dirtied my towel, which under the circumstances is the least he could have done. I would not recommend this guy to anyone.

Details: Repair broken lock • Deadbolt

North Florida Emergency Locksmith Services's reply
In all honesty, I did place greasy parts on the towels. I arrived half an hour after I got your address, which I asked you to text me two times and you never did. I even explained I was driving and had nothing to write with. I am from the woods, we commonly refer to ourselves as rednecks. I never claimed to be self taught, I explained I was taught via OJT, which is very common in this country if you don't want to spend tens of thousands on vo-tech. That being said, what you need replaced is your door. I am a locksmith, I fix locks (and your lock was functional when I left). Putting new parts in will not fix the problem. Your door was so swollen you had to kick it 6 times to get it to open. I weigh over 300 pounds and could not push it open because it was so swollen. That is not to say you can't rig it to work temporarily, but I do not do work like that. And no, I do not carry doors with me because I do not replace doors. I do appreciate the opportunity to earn your business, but I think we are both better served in different directions. If me not charging you the $75.00 for coming out and fixing your lock was not sufficient for the grease on a towel, contact me, I can pick it up and take it to the laundry. If you have a service tech out to your house, and the only logical complaint is you have a dirty towel, I think you could have done a lot worse. Good luck with that.
